Mat
Our Mat training is the foundation of Pilates education. Students learn classical exercises, variations, and modifications to support clients of all levels. Emphasis is placed on cueing, alignment, and building strong sequencing skills without apparatus.
Reformer
The Reformer curriculum covers beginner through advanced exercises with a focus on safety, progression, and flow. Trainees learn how to adjust spring settings, provide modifications, and design full-body workouts that challenge strength, mobility, and control.
Wunda Chair
Compact but powerful, the Wunda Chair is a versatile apparatus that demands precision. Students explore classical repertoire, adaptations for all populations, and strategies to make Chair work approachable, safe, and effective.
Cadillac / Trapeze Table
This module introduces the Cadillac’s unique ability to support, challenge, and rehabilitate clients. Students learn exercises for strength, stability, and mobility, while also mastering spotting techniques and spring adjustments.
Barrels & Small Props
The Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Arc Barrel provide opportunities to deepen spinal mobility and support client needs. Training also includes the use of small props (bands, rings, balls) to enhance workouts and encourage creativity.
Anatomy & Biomechanics
A core component of the program, this module builds knowledge of human anatomy, movement mechanics, and injury prevention. Trainees learn how to apply biomechanics to safe, effective Pilates teaching.
